Happy Home is a shared caregiving model designed for medically stable seniors who value companionship, daily support and a genuine sense of belonging. Our purpose is to help older adults continue living meaningfully in a safe, supportive home environment.
Happy Home brings together four attached landed homes (Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer) connected by the Evergreen Community Center. As our community develops, residences will be introduced progressively to ensure every resident continues to receive personalised support within a warm, home-like shared living environment.
Residents enjoy the privacy of their own suites while remaining close to shared meals, meaningful daily activities, companionship and non-clinical caregiver support.
Together, these homes create a close-knit community where residents can enjoy companionship, meaningful daily routines and a genuine sense of belonging throughout every season of life.
